Shinesty Return Policy

 

  • Email customerservice@shinesty.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be received at Shinesty within 30 days of return label issuance.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Shinesty hangtags, attached.
  • Underwear, intimates and speedos cannot be returned...'cause that's just gross.
  • All suit returns must include the original suit box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners intact and unaltered.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

US Returns & Exchanges Procedure

The following policy applies to domestic orders only.

Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return, email Shinesty at customerservice@shinesty.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. A return label will be issued via email. Items must be received at to our fulfillment center within 30 days of Shinesty issuing the return label. Exchanges must be received within 60 days.

Items Not Eligible for Refund / Store Credit:

  • Damaged/Worn Items.
  • Returns received after 30 days of the return label issuance.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • New items with missing/damaged packaging.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases when a shipping error has occurred on our part.

Packaging Requirements:

  • Suits/Blazers: Must be returned with original suit box. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Suits/Blazers returned with postage stickers on the original box are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
  • Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit. Underwear are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returning A Gift:
If you received an order from Shinesty as a gift, you have some awesome family and friends. No worries, you can still return. We’ll issue you Shinesty credit for the amount of the returned item(s) or we can credit the purchase price back to the purchaser’s original form of payment. International Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. You can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies.

Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our fulfillment center within 60 days of the delivery date of the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide our international customer with a prepaid return label. If you would like to send your order back on your own and it meets the eligibility requirements, please send your return to:

 Please include all original packaging and tags with the return. We strongly advise that you keep your return tracking information until you receive confirmation of receipt from the Shinesty Team.
